Hello and welcome.
What you will find here is not only my photography, but the path that shaped me—years of wandering, listening, and learning to see the world with a slower, kinder gaze. My work began long before I ever called it “art,” growing quietly out of encounters, myths, and questions that followed me from childhood into the present. I move between personal documentary and portraiture, guided by empathy and an instinct for connection. The people I meet—often briefly, sometimes profoundly—become part of long, unfolding narratives rooted in Greek myth, biblical echoes, and the fragile truths of ordinary life. These stories form a visual language that seeks what unites us, even across borders, cultures, and religions. I’ve run marathons for the same reason I make photographs: endurance reveals meaning. This journey has led me to attend residencies abroad, receive awards, publish five books, create an independent publishing house, even step onto a TEDx stage—and then return to the quiet spaces where new work always begins. If you want to reach out, discuss a project, or create a portrait together, I welcome it. And if not, perhaps we still meet in a shared breath or moment of stillness. The world holds more kindness than we often allow ourselves to notice. Let’s stop for a moment and simply see. contact: [email protected] +30 6972214362 |
